Ok, I’m not an expert with these, but my main suggestion it to make sure your Java is updated?

Unzip the file and extract it somewhere (I usually put mine on the Desktop)

Click on the newly extracted folder

and double click Shimeji-AG  (The Jar File)

This box will most likely come up, make sure there’s a check mark in the box at the top then hit “use selected”

Give it a minuite then a little Vriska should fall from the top of your screen!

Also, I know I personally use 7-zip for all my zipping needs, which is a free program.  :)
